Prolific is seeking Customer Support Representatives for AI training in Leeds. In this role, you will evaluate AI chatbot responses, simulate customer interactions, refine knowledge bases, and ensure quality through sentiment labeling. Candidates should have a strong background in customer support with exceptional English skills. This position offers up to $30 per hour and the chance to work flexibly from home while influencing future AI developments.

Qualifications

• Years of experience in a high-volume customer support or client success role.
• Ability to adjust tone and empathy based on customer personas.
• Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations.
• High typing speed and efficiency navigating multiple sources.
• Sharp eye for details in responses.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated support replies for accuracy and consistency.
• Create realistic support tickets to test AI responses.
• Audit AI-generated FAQ articles.
• Annotate model responses for tone appropriateness.
• Compare AI outputs against quality assurance rubrics.
