Job summary

Findrs is seeking an AI/Software engineer to lead client-driven AI projects from concept to production. You will sit with founders and operators, identifying where AI adds value, designing architecture, building integrations and deployment pipelines, and shipping initial versions quickly.

You will work across engineering and communication, sometimes deep in code and other times explaining decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in software engineering across full development lifecycle.
• Experience with AI model deployment and tooling.
• Comfortable working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead on client projects and own the outcome from start to finish.
• Design system architectures and integration plans for AI solutions.
• Build, deploy and monitor AI-enabled workflows and applications.
• Explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and guide product direction.
