Job summary

Scope is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a flat engineering team. You will roll out client-focused tools, own problems end to end, and work across product, business, and clients in person at our Farringdon office.

You will talk to users, design the solution, ship it, and assess impact. The role emphasizes technical excellence, frontend/mobile focus, and building scalable AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Deeply technical and enjoy building applications.
• Expo / React Native experience a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Build systems that take voice notes, photos, videos and proactively finish reports.
• Engineer how we feed context to AI models and manage data.
• Evolve the workflow builder into self-evolving software.
• Design architecture for unstructured data, AI integration, offline/online behavior.
