Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals; write maintainable code.
• Fluent with AI-assisted development tools.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and unspeced problems.
• Experienced with LLM integration in production environments.
• Security-conscious with compliance in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Embed into client engagements and build live solutions.
• Scope and deliver AI-powered solutions tailored to client context.
• Work across the stack: LLM integration, prompts, APIs, data plumbing.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions balancing speed and maintainability.
• Iterate with client feedback; shipped software is the start of the work.
• Monitor deployed systems and debug in client environments.
• Collaborate with the technical co-founder on delivery decisions.
