Job summary

Software Search is seeking an AI Engineer to help build a new AI unit within its growing consultancy. You will develop AI solutions for clients, build prototypes, test models, and push ideas toward production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver copilots, chatbots, and RAG systems.

You will work with LLMs, integrate them into client environments, and iterate on prompts, architectures, and data flows. Hybrid work and ownership await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Interest in or experience with AI, machine learning, or LLMs.
• A pragmatic mindset and the ability to build working solutions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions for clients and contribute to the growth of the company’s AI proposition.
• Build prototypes, test new models, and turn ideas into working applications.
• Build AI solutions such as copilots, chatbots, and agents.
• Work with LLMs and integrate them into existing systems.
