Job summary

Aquent in the UK is hiring a Talent Agent to drive contingent recruitment across digital, data, product, and technology functions. You will source, screen, interview, and build long-term candidate communities using bespoke AI tools to speed up discovery and match top talent with world-class clients.

Collaborate with Account Directors and Managers to deliver high-impact shortlists, expand accounts, and shape hiring strategies with a human-centric approach in a remote/hybrid UK framework.

Qualifications

• Proven contingent recruitment experience in digital, tech, or product.
• Familiar with AI-enabled recruitment tools and modern sourcing automation.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Talent Journey: source, screen, interview and prep candidates for key digital roles.
• Master bespoke AI platforms to pinpoint hidden talent faster and smarter.
• Build thriving networks by nurturing communities of digital professionals across the UK.
• Partner with internal client teams to deliver rich shortlists, scale contract delivery, and expand accounts.
• Act as a trusted career advisor with deep-dive screening and constructive feedback.
