Job summary

Prism Digital is recruiting a Delivery Consultant to join a boutique tech recruitment team near London. The role centers on candidate sourcing and delivery for key AI and tech clients, with a 50/50 fee split on live roles and no initial new business.

You’ll collaborate with a Senior Account Manager to ensure fast, high-quality placements across AI, software, data, and DevOps. The desk offers a clear progression path toward Account Manager or full 360 roles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in a tech recruitment role, delivery or resourcing focused.
• Agency experience essential; recruitment consultant role.
• Tech recruitment experience in AI, Software, DevOps, Cloud or Data.
• Strong sourcing and speed in multiple roles and verticals.
• Clear, confident communicator with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work on live roles with a Senior Account Manager, focusing on AI and emerging-tech.
• Source and qualify top-tier tech candidates for perm and contract roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Collaborate with account team and clients to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Keep systems updated and flag pipeline risks early.
