AIDA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Applied AI Engineer to join a rapidly growing AI-native tech company in the UK. This fully remote role covers UK & Europe hours, with a salary of €100,000–€150,000 per year and a full-time contract (permanent or B2B).

You will build, deploy, and maintain production AI agents in a modern back-end stack including TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Python. You will join a small, autonomous engineering team and shape the agentic AI infrastructure,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend development
• Experience designing APIs, integrating databases, and building scalable production applications
• Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, CI/CD, and production reliability
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade LLM-powered agents and multi-agent systems.
• Develop agentic workflows involving task decomposition, tool calling, structured outputs, orchestration, and feedback loops.
• Build reusable agent components, including memory, context management, and tool integrations.
• Design scalable architectures connecting AI agents with backend services, databases, and business applications.
• Establish architectural patterns that allow new AI workflows to be introduced efficiently.
