Runway is seeking a high-velocity Mid-Market Account Executive (remote in London, UK) to own a book of 40–60 accounts and close 25–40 deals per year across inbound and outbound motions. The compensation plan is designed to maximize earnings and customer value within a pod.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS/AI sales with a top-quota track record, native AI-tool fluency, and strong writing and demo skills to carry deals without a solutions engineer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS/AI sales with a quota above 100%
• Velocity evidence: 20+ closed deals per year, multi-channel prospecting
• Native AI tool fluency integrated into sales workflow
• Writing and demo skills strong enough to carry a deal without a solutions engineer

Responsibilities

• Run a high-velocity full-cycle motion: 25-40 closed deals a year across inbound and outbound
• Qualify hard and fast – your book is big, calendar is the scarce resource, ROI-focused
• Push deal size up with committed-volume and expansion plays
• Turn product signals into pipeline
• Collaborate with your pod's Engagement Manager to hit consumption targets and unlock held-back commissions
