Job summary

Aveni is seeking an Implementation Specialist to launch its AI-powered File Checking solution with financial advice firms across the UK. You will learn each client’s file-review framework and tailor the product to match their regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and trusted outcomes.

You’ll compare AI results with human checks, refine configurations, and present insights to clients during pilots, workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a File Checker or Compliance professional in financial planning, wealth management or financial advice.
• Strong understanding of file-review requirements, suitability and FCA guidance.
• Paraplanning or financial advice experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Confidence leading client calls, workshops and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Understand each client’s file-review framework and configure checking questions, scoring and evidence requirements.
• Compare AI outcomes with human review, identify discrepancies and refine the config.
• Produce accuracy metrics and insights for pilot reviews and client presentations.
• Share product feedback and help build implementation playbooks and training materials.
