Job summary

Aveni is pioneering AI-powered file checking for financial advice firms across the UK. This role focuses on configuring the File Checking product to match each client’s framework and ensuring outcomes align with regulatory and internal standards.

You’ll drive implementation, validate AI vs human reviews, and deliver training to compliance and QA teams. Remote-first across the UK, with opportunities to shape product playbooks and future roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience translating client objectives into clear deliverables for Product and Engineering teams.
• A track record of creating and managing implementation plans and acting as primary client contact.
• Ability to coordinate technical readiness, testing and go-live with early-life support.

Responsibilities

• Understand each client’s file-review framework and configure checking questions and criteria.
• Compare AI outcomes with human results and refine configuration for accuracy.
• Produce accuracy metrics and insights for pilot reviews and client presentations.
• Train compliance, T&C and QA users and share product feedback to improve playbooks.
• Help build implementation playbooks, training materials and roadmap.
