Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an AI Deployment Lead to drive the rollout and adoption of enterprise AI tools across office-based and functional environments. This full-time remote role includes training, change management and ongoing support, with occasional travel to the Northampton head office.

The role focuses on deployment execution, user enablement, and measurable business value delivery, requiring strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology solutions that drive business value.
• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise or SaaS platforms with AI or analytics exposure.
• Strong change management, training, user adoption and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with IT, HR, Finance, Procurement and Operations to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of AI tools across the business from readiness to go-live and adoption.
• Coordinate deployment activities with AI, IT, Security, Change and Business teams to ensure a smooth rollout.
• Create engaging training materials and communication plans to drive user enablement.
• Champion change management and continuous improvement to enhance deployment approaches.
