Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years leading technical post-sales teams.
• Led complex Generative AI deployments to production for large enterprises.
• Able to translate business and technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Willing to relocate to London or Munich; relocation support available.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and operating model of the Large Enterprise ADE team.
• Lead, build, and mentor a team of ADEs to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Synthesize customer needs to develop Research and Applied Product/Engineering roadmaps.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point with executive stakeholders.
• Champion safe and innovative application of OpenAI technology across sectors.
