Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an AI Product Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and analytics products that support GXO's global operations. You will translate business problems into AI-enabled use cases, define success metrics, and guide cross-functional teams through deployment and adoption.

This full-time role offers remote work with occasional travel to Northampton, standard hours 09:00–17:00, and a salary of up to £79,500 plus a comprehensive benefits package including a pension, private

Qualifications

Experience delivering AI/GenAI/ML analytics or data products in an agile environment.
Strong product management with ownership of roadmaps and backlogs.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data products, model lifecycles, and responsible AI practices.
Ability to collaborate across Data Science, Engineering, Architecture, Security and Operations.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products from discovery to deployment and optimization.
Shape and prioritise the AI product roadmap and backlogs.
Translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions with clear requirements and success metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure AI capabilities.
