Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Deployment Strategist to help enterprises land AI deployments in the UK. You will lead enterprise customer engagements from discovery through pilot and production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes.

You will sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product to ensure alignment on what is built and how it delivers value.

Qualifications

Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans.
Comfort working with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
High ownership mindset and bias toward action.

Responsibilities

Embed with customers to identify key problems and drive value.
Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows and success criteria.
Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams.
Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and remove blockers during deployment.
Support production launches and ensure adoption and value realization.
Monitor deployed agents and drive follow-up improvements based on usage.
Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
