Job summary

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and independent prescriber credentials are required.
• Experience in acute/urgent care and independent practice is essential.
• BLS certification should be current and reflect clinical capability.

Responsibilities

• Undertake specialised clinical assessments, diagnose, treat and discharge or refer.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and prevent unnecessary admissions.
• Prescribe smoking cessation medication and ADHD medications with supervision when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff.
