Job summary

Alliance For Better Care CIC in the UK is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our weekend team. The role requires independent prescribing, MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, and evidence of a clinical portfolio.

You will work across services including ADHD Primary Care Connect and Smoking Cessation, with remote delivery and quarterly attendance at Horley for induction. The post involves 12-hour weekend shifts, autonomy in assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Independent prescriber qualification.
• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (desirable).
• Evidence of CPD relevant to clinical area.

Responsibilities

• Undertake specialised clinical assessments, diagnose, treat and discharge or refer.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient safety.
• Lead and mentor junior staff within the team.
• Participate in MDTs, clinical governance and service improvement.
