Job summary

GPDQ Ltd. is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for flexible, remote work across the UK. The role involves managing minor illnesses and acute conditions with access to SystmOne and clinical support.

Applicants should be registered professionals with prescribing rights, IT literacy, and at least 1 year in primary care. A MSc in Advanced Practice is preferred; minimum 10 hours per week commitment is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist with valid registration.
• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Primary Care.
• Prescribing rights are essential.
• IT literate with ability to use clinical software.
• Experience with digital or telehealth is desirable.
• Experience assessing and managing minor illnesses and acute presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients with minor illnesses and acute conditions.
• Review, interpret and act on blood test results and manage results.
• Develop and implement clinical management plans based on assessment findings.
• Initiate or adjust treatment within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne.
