Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work sessionally across primary care and regional care centre services in Alresford. You will run ACP-led clinics, assess acute and routine presentations, and provide triage and prescribing where qualified, ensuring smooth patient flow across local health services.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 7 Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification.
• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, AHP or similar.
• Independent Prescribing desirable.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or community health.

Responsibilities

• Running independent ACP-led clinics across care centre and GP service settings.
• Assessing acute, undifferentiated and routine presentations.
• Providing telephone and on-site triage during periods of high demand.
• Prescribing and initiating treatment where qualified.
• Completing routine clinical actions including results, reviews and referrals.
• Documenting accurately in digital clinical systems.
