London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust seeks experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join a dynamic team in unscheduled Emergency/Urgent Care. The role offers rotation across days, nights, weekends and bank holidays, with opportunities to lead clinical decision making and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

The post requires a MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent, registration with the NMC or relevant regulator, and an Independent Non-Medical Prescriber qualification.

Qualifications

• Registered with the appropriate professional body (e.g., NMC).
• Experience in urgent/emergency care environments.
• Ability to work autonomously with complex decision making.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate and promote Trust values and behaviours to the highest standard.
• Provide independent clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis and treatment.
• Refer to relevant specialties and facilitate safe patient discharge.
• Lead and participate in audit, education and research within the department.
