MIMI & LULA is a fast-growing children’s accessories brand, selling to customers and retailers in the UK and internationally. We are hiring a General Admin Assistant on a 6 month maternity cover, fully remote, to support Buying, Merchandising, Ecommerce and Marketing.

You’ll be bright, organised and accurate, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a small, busy team. This is a great entry point for someone starting their career in fashion and retail.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate welcome.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and data entry.
• Able to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work remotely as part of a five-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Set up new seasons, products and ranges on internal systems.
• Raise and maintain purchase orders.
• Accurate data entry and maintenance across systems.
• Produce weekly bestseller and sales reports.
• Website updates and content uploads.
• Manage product photography and image files.
• Support social media activity and assets.
• Assist with planning seasonal campaigns and shoots.
• Coordinate samples and information for campaigns.
• Check data accuracy and follow up discrepancies.
• Provide admin support across Buying, Merchandising, Ecommerce and Marketing.
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met.
