Job summary

Boden is seeking a Buying Admin Assistant to support our Womenswear product development from samples to final delivery. You’ll liaise with suppliers, track critical paths, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs while keeping PLM data accurate and organized.

This 6-month maternity cover role offers a dynamic entry into Boden’s creative and collaborative buying team, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and proficient use of Excel and Office.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in fashion, product development, and buying.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye.
• Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Some administrative or retail experience is beneficial but not essential - enthusiasm and curiosity go a long way!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development across samples to final delivery, using PLM and BOMs.
• Own and update the department critical path with weekly supplier meetings and approvals.
• Coordinate samples for fittings, shoots and meetings to ensure on-time and well-presented delivery.
• Maintain PLM data and assist with order confirmations and development files.
