Qualifications

• Remote address-check experience preferred but not required.
• Attention to accuracy with names, numbers and addresses.
• Ability to write polite messages and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Check whether required lines, postcode and delivery contact details are present.
• Update the record with revised address details after customer reply.
• Do not alter product, payment or delivery promises; hand off as needed.
• Leave tasks with clear notes if an exception remains.
• Maintain concise, polite communication and avoid guessing.
