Gallagher is seeking an Account Executive to join our Housing team in a home-based role. You will build strong relationships with clients, provide tailored insurance solutions, and contribute to delivering exceptional service while growing the business.

You'll negotiate with insurers, manage a client portfolio, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. The role offers flexibility and the chance to work across a global network with local impact.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of general insurance products and risk management.
• Experience in managing client relationships and working to targets.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and managing leads.
• Ability to analyse data and identify trends to support decision-making.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and the ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage client relationships within the Housing portfolio.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure favorable terms.
• Manage your own client portfolio and ensure client needs are met on time.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and identify new opportunities to drive growth and retention.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and provide realistic plans and forecasts.
