PlotBox is seeking its first Demand Generation & ABM Lead to build a marketing-led pipeline from the ground up. You will own ABM for enterprise accounts and drive demand gen in partnership with sales, with a build-and-execute approach and quarterly strategy setting.

You'll lead a small team, apply AI to accelerate planning, content, and targeting, and partner with RevOps to turn insights into action. Remote-first in the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing with proven ABM and demand gen
• Experience marketing to North American buyers, ideally enterprise accounts
• Hands-on use of AI in campaign planning and targeting
• Experience managing others and being the senior person in the area
• Willingness to work overlapping US Eastern time

Responsabilités

• Own ABM strategy for target enterprise accounts and prioritisation with leadership
• Build and run a demand generation engine aligned with outbound BDR activity
• Run campaigns as continuous experiments and reallocate budget to top performers
• Use AI tools to test content and sequencing by buyer type and tailor personalisation
• Lead two direct reports: Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator
• Partner with RevOps to translate insights into action
• Shape marketing's share of the go-to-market budget backed by data
