Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Campaign Marketing Strategist to lead integrated ABM strategies for strategic and enterprise accounts. You will partner with Sales to develop account plans and align investments, while orchestrating multi-channel programs to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

You will collaborate with product and field marketing, Revenue Operations, and sales teams to maximize account penetration and measurable business impact, while staying ahead of ABM trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience including ABM, demand generation, integrated or revenue marketing.
• Proven success in ABM strategy development and execution.
• Experience partnering with Sales leaders to build account plans and GTM strategies.
• Strong analytical skills using engagement data and metrics.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABM and sales enablement tools.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ABM strategies for strategic and enterprise accounts to drive engagement and revenue.
• Partner with Sales to identify priorities, build account plans, and align marketing investments.
• Design integrated 1:1 and 1:few programs across channels to support account acquisition and expansion.
• Use account intelligence and analytics to optimize strategy and penetration.
• Serve as the marketing advisor for assigned account teams on ABM best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Sales for coordinated experiences.
• Manage demand requests for sales-based campaigns and report key account metrics.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM to launch campaigns and nurture leads.
• Stay informed on ABM trends and recommend innovative approaches to differentiate Kinaxis.
