Job Description

We are seeking 4 talented individuals to join our team in Birmingham on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Remediation Officer, you will work within a small collaborative team to ensure our KYC/AML standards are maintained and accurately recorded.

Ideal candidates are adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling large volumes of data. Prior KYC/AML experience is not mandatory but experience managing large data sets is essential.

Interviews are planned for mid-June, with onboarding expected in early summer. Candidates must be able to work at least 2 days per week in our Birmingham office.

Responsibilities

• Gather AML documentation from current records or escalate to the Manager or Relationship Lead for missing information.
• Collaborate with the Onboarding team on complex or high-risk requests.
• Provide weekly MI reports to the Project Manager.
• Manage workload by prioritizing requests and tracking cases.

Qualifications

Success in this role requires:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps in documentation.
• Experience working with large data volumes.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
