Credit Controller - Remote - 12 Month FTC
Core3 are delighted to partner with a leading international professional services firm to recruit a Credit Controller on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fully remote opportunity offering high flexibility and a great work-life balance.

How you'll make an impact
As Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing and reducing the firm's outstanding debt by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role will involve:
High volumes of internal and external communication to chase aged debt.
Regular liaison with Partners, Lawyers and Clients to resolve debt issues.
Working with wider Finance teams to identify and resolve the root causes of debt.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the 3E system.
Developing strategies to maximise collections and reduce delinquencies.
Helping the business achieve cash collection targets and improve financial outcomes.

You'll bring proven experience in credit control or debt recovery, ideally from a professional services background. You are organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You're a confident communicator who can build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experienced in all areas of collections, ideally including insurance or bad debt (not essential).
Client-focused with excellent communication and numeracy skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a changing workload.
Self-starter with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and preferably experienced in using 3E or a similar legal finance system.
