Your Role

The Relocation Consultant is responsible for coordinating and providing relocation services to corporate clients. As a Relocation Specialist, you will work closely with internal departments and corporate clients to ensure compliance and service excellence. You will coordinate services for multinational clients, communicate with involved parties, and oversee the international service network. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

You will be based in our Switzerland team, either from our Swiss or UK offices.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for clients, corporate accounts, and internal stakeholders regarding relocation needs.
• Manage cases from start to finish, including needs assessment, client briefings, service coordination, and supply chain support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide professional, timely, and accurate advice on corporate relocation policies and services.
• Manage your caseload and support colleagues, ensuring administrative duties and system updates are completed.
• Collaborate within the company, offering support, process improvements, cost savings, and attending client meetings.

Your Skills & Experience

• Experience in relocation/assignment management.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Proficient in IT and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
