Role Summary

This role involves delivering quality candidates to high-profile clients, working on permanent and contract assignments with some of the best clients in Europe and beyond.

We see Recruitment and Business Development as two distinct skill sets, and dividing them can increase effectiveness. Our yearly growth supports this approach!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Define recruitment strategies and utilize job boards, networking, direct recruitment, social media, and other advanced methodologies to identify talented candidates.
• Establish and maintain relationships with well-qualified candidates and grow a strong industry network.
• Use applicant tracking software to manage resumes and candidates, supporting full-cycle recruitment.
• Represent Planet Pharma proactively to industry contacts and stakeholders.
• Support and train junior team members to maintain high standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Recruiter in the Life Science/Pharma industry with a proven high level of performance.
• Driven, hardworking, and ambitious.
• Positive attitude and innovative mindset, eager to improve services and processes.
