Position: Executive Search Consultant

Location: London, UK to start, then relocation to Dubai, UAE

The Position

1. Meeting with candidates in-person/virtually to qualify their skills and career aspirations.
2. Meeting with clients in-person/virtually to understand their business, growth plans, and vacancies.
3. Building specialised databases on Microsoft Excel.
4. Headhunting candidates for difficult-to-fill retained vacancies.
5. Negotiating employment contracts with candidates and terms of business with clients.
6. Networking and building long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
7. Developing an in-depth understanding of your market sector as a recruitment expert.
