Position: Global Mobility / Relocation Consultant - West London

Package: £34,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location: West London, with work from home flexibility

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Background

The successful candidate will coordinate relocations for assignees, ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate full relocation processes for multinational clients, aligning with company and client needs.
2. Serve as the main contact for expatriates and their families during relocations.
3. Ensure relocations comply with legal standards and company policies.
4. Maintain accurate records in the database.
5. Promote and cross-sell company services.
6. Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in global mobility or relocation is essential.
• Diploma level qualification or higher.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
