Our client, a highly reputable relocation service provider, is seeking a Relocation & Destination Services Consultant to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced DSP relocation professional with a strong background in UK tenancy and lettings. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of coordination for Destination Services, supporting relocating employees throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for coordinating end-to-end relocation and destination services.
• Oversee all aspects of property-related services, including home searches, tenancy management, lease negotiations, lettings, and managing third-party suppliers (inventory clerks, landlords, cleaning services, etc.).
• Manage a caseload of assignees, providing timely updates, guidance, and personalised support throughout the relocation process.
• Coordinate property check-in/check-out appointments with inventory clerks and landlords.
• Deliver pre-assignment briefings and assess client relocation policies as required.
• Prepare detailed client status reports and ensure accurate invoicing and supplier invoice approvals.
• Maintain strong relationships with both the relocating employee and corporate clients/HR teams.
• Proactively assess operational efficiency and suggest process enhancements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in Destination Services, Relocation, or UK Property/Tenancy Management.
• Strong working knowledge of UK lettings regulations and tenancy procedures.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bilingual abilities are an asset, though not essential.
