Job summary

The role requires eligibility to work in the UK and a willingness to work evenings and weekends,

Qualifications

• 12 months of experience in social care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to provide references.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities.
• Act as Key Worker to help individuals achieve their aspirations.
• Collaborate with the care team and receive guidance during probation to build essential skills.
• Participate in induction before picking up shifts.
