Creative Support is seeking warm, respectful Relief/Bank Support Workers in Scunthorpe to provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live independently with dignity. You will work with a dedicated team and gain guidance during your probation to build essential skills, potentially becoming a Key Worker.

The role requires at least 12 months of social care experience and a flexible approach, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in social care.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Mandatory induction before picking up shifts.
