Job summary

Creative Support is seeking an experienced Relief Support Worker in Jarrow, South Tyneside, to provide person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities. You will assist with everyday activities, accompany service users to appointments, and help them lead meaningful lives.

The role involves both team-based and independent work in client homes. Bank Staff members gain access to the SONA app for flexible shifts nationwide and are paid weekly via Bank Payroll.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months UK care experience is essential.
• Warm, person-centred approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities in Jarrow, South Tyneside.
