Creative Support is seeking Relief Support Workers in Scunthorpe to provide person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live fulfilling, inclusive lives while protecting their independence and rights. You will join a dedicated team, with probation guidance to build essential skills, including acting as a Key Worker to help individuals achieve their aspirations.

The role requires eligibility to work in the UK and a willingness to work evenings and weekends,

Qualifications

• 12 months of experience in social care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to provide references.

We are seeking warm, respectful, and energetic individuals to join our Scunthorpe services as Relief Support Workers. This role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling, inclusive lives while upholding their independence and rights.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team, receiving guidance during your probationary period to build essential skills. The role includes acting as a Key Worker, helping individuals achieve their aspirations.

We require candidates with at least 12 months of experience in social care, ready to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. New Relief staff must complete a mandatory induction before being able to pick up shifts.
