Zusammenfassung

CrossReach is seeking Relief Support Workers to provide compassionate, person-centred care across residential and day services in Scotland. You will support wellbeing, independence and quality of life, with training provided. A flexible, team-based role includes evenings, weekends and overnight shifts, underpinned by CrossReach's values.

You will bring a caring, patient approach, good communication, and basic IT skills. Prior experience in social care is welcome but not essential.

Qualifikationen

• Caring, patient and respectful attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills (MS Office and internet).

Aufgaben

• Provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs.
• Assist with care plans and contribute to delivery and review of support.
• Work with colleagues and senior staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Support daily living tasks, including personal care where required.
• Encourage participation in social and meaningful activities.
• Administer medication in line with training and supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate relevant information.
• Work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends and overnights.
