Qualifications

• Caring and respectful approach towards people experiencing mental health difficulties.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Calm, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Experience in care or mental health settings is welcomed but not essential - full training and induction will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred support based on individual needs and recovery goals.
• Assisting with everyday activities while encouraging choice and independence.
• Supporting people to access their local community and social networks.
• Observing and sharing any changes in wellbeing with the wider team.
• Working alongside colleagues, professionals, and families when required.
• Completing clear records and following organisational policies and procedures.
