Job summary

Creative Support is seeking warm, compassionate Relief Support Workers to join our Sunderland team. You’ll assist individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live independently, supporting daily living, personal care, and community participation.

This bank/relief role offers flexible shifts via our app, weekly pay, and mandatory induction courses; a minimum of 12 months UK care experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months UK care experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support service users in budgeting and managing finances.
• Assist with administration and monitoring of prescribed medication.
• Support service users in community participation and social skills.
• Ensure safety, security and comfort of service users' homes.
