Job summary

Creative Support is seeking proactive Relief/Bank Support Workers for our supported living service in Braintree, Essex. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in a flexible role requiring evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.

We value a warm, person-centred approach and your ability to communicate well with families and health professionals. A minimum of 12 months experience is essential, and you must be in good health to perform care tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can-do approach and reliability.
• In good health and able to perform all care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to lead fulfilling lives, maintain tenancies, participate in the community, and develop independent living skills.
• Work with Care Managers and health professionals and communicate positively with families.
