Real Life Options is hiring Support Workers to help individuals live independently in their own homes. You will follow daily planners, assist with personal care, finances, and household tasks while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.

Activities in the local community will be encouraged to build confidence and social inclusion. DBS is required; driving is preferred but not essential. Enhanced benefits and pension are available.

Formación

• Perform domestic tasks and household support as required.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain records.
• Help individuals participate in community activities to build confidence and independence.

About the Role

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.

Your role will include:

• Following daily planners to ensure consistent support
• Assisting with financial expenditure
• Supporting with personal care
• Domestic tasks and household support
• Administration of medication
• A particularly rewarding part of the role is supporting individuals to take part in activities within their local community, promoting confidence, independence and social inclusion.

Shifts

Candidates must be flexible and able to cover:

• Days
• Evenings
• Waking nights

Drivers preferred but not essential

An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
