Job summary

Cornerstone Moray is seeking compassionate relief Support Practitioners to help people with disabilities live independently, especially when regular staff are on leave or in training. Your role focuses on delivering high-quality care with a person-centered approach.

You don't need prior care experience; we prioritise values and attitude. Comprehensive training and PVG/SSSC support are provided, with flexible shifts across Elgin and Buckie areas.

Qualifications

• No care qualifications required, we recruit for values, attitude and potential.
• Full training provided prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living, including personal care and medication management.
• Support with shopping and managing finances.
• Help with cooking and household tasks.
• Build confidence and independence for individuals we support.
