Cornerstone (Aberdeen) is seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to help adults with disabilities live life their way in the Scottish Borders, including Earlston. No prior experience is required as full paid training is provided, and you will join a supportive team focused on meaningful activities and personal goals.

The role offers both full-time and part-time permanent positions, with on-site work and a commitment to safeguarding, PVG checks, and ongoing development within the Training

Our fantastic #TeamBordersCS as Support Practitioners on a full-time and part-time, permanent basis. We also have relief opportunities too if you'd prefer something a bit more flexible.

We provide support across the Scottish Borders, including Galashiels, Hawick, Jedburgh, Melrose, St Boswells, Earlston, and Tweedbank.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.

If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
