Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking passionate Support Practitioners for our Angus Court service in Portlethen. Roles are available as part-time or full-time, with a focus on enabling seven individuals to live as independently as possible.

You will assist with daily living tasks, attend appointments and support personal care, in a friendly team setting. We provide full training, SVQ funding, and support with PVG/SSSC checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a caring or support role preferred.
• Full training and SVQ qualification funding provided.
• SSSC registration encouraged and PVG check support.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living tasks including shopping, finances, meals, appointments, and personal care.
• Encourage engagement in hobbies and social activities.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care and build meaningful relationships.
