ISS seeks a reliable Security Relief Officer to strengthen client site teams, covering planned and ad hoc shifts across days, nights and weekends. The role focuses on guarding premises, patrolling, incident response and strict access control, while delivering excellent visitor support.

Ideal candidates hold a valid SIA licence and have proven security experience, strong observation and communication skills, and a calm, proactive approach to emergencies.

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Relief Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security provision, you will play an important role in safeguarding our client's sites and ensuring the safety of employees, visitors and assets. Relief Security Officers are required to strengthen existing teams and provide cover for both planned and ad hoc security requirements. This will include filling rota vacancies, providing cover for sickness and holidays, and supporting additional operational requirements. Shifts will be communicated in advance wherever possible. The successful candidate will be a reliable, flexible and approachable security professional, with a positive and proactive attitude.

The Role
