Responsibilities

Provide relief cover across multiple locations within a region.
Follow site operational guidance and instructions to deliver quality service.
Maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.
Provide a proactive, welcoming presence and directional assistance.
Work with the team to resolve conflicts on client premises.
Ensure compliance with site rules and guidance by the public.
Use initiative in potentially threatening situations and involve others as needed.
Maintain a smart, visible security presence on client premises.
Administer First Aid when trained and required.
Complete legible incident reports when incidents arise.
Help create a safe, secure, welcoming environment for all.
