Job summary

BardWood Support Services is recruiting for an Area Relief Officer in Bournemouth. You will be responsible for ensuring safety and security of staff and visitors across multiple locations, with day shifts and flexible Monday-Saturday availability.

The role requires SIA license, a full UK driving license and a 5-year checkable work history; you will work on site, support a customer-facing environment and maintain a professional security presence while responding to incidents and providing first

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing environment.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Flexible attitude and adaptability to changing requirements.
Good understanding of security best practices and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

Provide relief cover and support to a portfolio of locations within a region.
Maintain safety and security for staff and customers on site.
Give a proactive presence in public areas and provide initial reception/directional guidance.
Collaborate with customers to resolve conflicts on client premises.
Ensure compliance with site rules and guidance; intervene when safety is at risk.
Maintain a neat, visible security presence and assist with incident reporting as needed.
Administer basic first aid when required (training provided).
Contribute to a welcoming environment for everyone on site.
