The role requires an SIA licence, a full UK driving licence, and a 5-year work history. You will need excellent communication, the ability to work under pressure, and a professional, security-focused approach.

Qualifications

• SIA license required and valid.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• 5-year checkable work history essential.
• Access to own transport preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing environments desirable.
• Physically fit to undertake tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt.
• Security and operational system competence expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief cover across multiple locations within a region.
• Follow site guidance and deliver quality service.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Offer a proactive, visible presence and provide initial direction.
• Handle conflict resolution with customers when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to site rules and guidance by the public.
• Act with initiative to respond to threats or emergencies.
• Maintain a smart appearance and be vigilant on-site.
• Administer First Aid when trained and required.
• Complete legible incident reports when incidents occur.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for all.
