You will provide relief coverage across a portfolio of locations in a geographical region and maintain a proactive security presence. The position requires SIA license, full UK driving license, and a 5-year career history.

Qualifications

• SIA licensed security professional requirement.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• 5-year checkable work history.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Physically fit to perform tasks.
• Able to work under pressure.

• Knowledge of security/operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief cover across locations within a region.
• Follow site guidance and instructions to ensure quality service.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Offer a proactive, visible presence in public areas.
• Collaborate with team to resolve conflicts at client sites.
• Ensure compliance with site rules and guidance by the public.
• Think quickly and involve others when needed in threatening situations.
• Maintain a smart appearance and visible security presence.
• Administer First Aid if needed; training provided.
• Complete legible incident reports when incidents arise.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for all.
